This morning in church, a husband and wife went up to be prayed for by the elders. See, he is being deployed to Iraq for 6 months, leaving behind his wife and 8 month old son.
I sat there and became very angered. This man is being sent to fight in an unnecessary war started by a very small man who needed his HUGE ego fed.
Hmmm, I guess I am hostile sometimes!!

I get angry too when I think about Americans and Iraqis dying in this unjust and illegal occupation. The only thing we can do, though, is vote for Obama/Biden on 4 November and hope enough other people do as well. Obama will bring the troops home responsibly. Almost all of them will be out by Christmas 2009. If McCain/Palin wins, we are NEVER leaving. As Kerry said in 2004, "How can you ask a man to be the last man to die for a mistake"?
